Creating Harmony through Loosening the Grip of Judgments
Avatar Meher Baba stressed that we always need to have harmony between us. Yet, despite endless efforts, disharmony seems to enter, disturbing our relationships.
This free discussion, “Creating Harmony through Loosening the Grip of Judgments,” with Yolanda Koumidou, LCSW, will show the connection between disharmony and judgment. It will focus on how and why judgments are formed and how, through them, we can actually create harmony in relationships.

MEHER BABA ON GROUP HARMONY
On July 10, 1968 — the 43rd anniversary of Avatar Baba’s Silence — Meher Baba asked His secretary Adi K. Irani to issue the circular “Avatar Meher Baba’s Last Warning” to all of His workers in India. This circular was prompted after a misunderstanding has caused a rift in the Meher-Parivar Center. There are seven points with the last one being:
“He wants his lovers and workers, who are spreading his message of love to others, to share his love among themselves and to uphold the spirit of harmony and understanding in his name. He wants them to be less aggressive toward others and less tolerant toward themselves; and above all he wants them to love him wholeheartedly for he is the Ancient One who loves them more than they can ever love themselves.”
